This is Seicer's description of himself:

I am a student in Decision science and information systems at the University of Kentucky. I will graduate in May 2008 with a BS. I author four web-sites, including American Byways, Abandoned, Bridges and Tunnels and UrbanUp, and participate a great deal on several urban planning web-sites. I am an active member of the Sierra Club and Mountain Justice Summer, along with the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the Bluegrass Trust, and volunteer for Kentucky Educational Television.

In my spare time, I enjoy photography immensely, writing for my web-sites, cycling, exploring abandonments, hiking, backpacking and white water rafting. This year will be the year I learn kayaking for once.
